I know the title of this topic is misleading. Nobody can predict the future. We all know life is like a wheel. At one time, you can be on top and at other times you can be at the bottom. There is no sure factor in determining this. Just as you thought you have everything in life, in split seconds all these can be stripped off from you and you are left with nothing.

Then why do I choose this title if I know that it is not definite? Well, for many and obvious reasons. For starters, even though the future is not foreseeable, you can actually know what will happen from your action. For example, if you put a pot of rice on the stove, will it start to cook if you do not switch it on first? The basic principle of physics, when there is an action, there will always be a reaction. In life, you can choose your action, but cannot choose the reaction. Sometimes, 2 plus 2 is not equivalent to four. Nevertheless, we can always hope for things to be better. This can be controlled by choosing your action.

Supposed you are to sit for an examination, there are two options available to you. You can fail or you can pass the examination. If you choose not to study, you will fail. but if you choose to study, you might pass and even excel! These all depends on your action. That is why your action contributes to your future.

Have you ever heard of the saying? You cannot control your future but you can definitely control your action. Do not waste time worrying about something that you cannot control. That is the future. Focus on what is within your control. That is your action.

Nobody can predict the future. Yet, we waste our valuable time thinking about this. It is time to let things flow by itself. Que sera sera. Whatever will be, will be. I am certain that deep down in your heart, you know the One who is in charge of your future. Thus, let Him do his job. Do not interfere.♡
