I know this is a late review. This movie was already on air since 24th of December 2015. Well, we were busy at that time. Doing what? I don't know, hahaha. So I finally managed to beg Mr H to watch this movie with me. Mr H tried to find this movie online but it is not available. We went to TGV Sunway Pyramid. I wanted to try the Indulge Cinema but it was not available for this movie. Fine! I'll just book online. The normal process. So everything was normal, up to the email I received confirming the buying of 2 tickets.

 


We were late, but still have time for wefie, hahaha.

The movie was scheduled at 11.50 a.m. and we arrived 12 noon, hahaha. Because I already bought the ticket online so I am confident that the seats are secured. We went straight to the counter to collect the ticket, only to be told that we can proceed to the entrance without a ticket. Just show the email to the gatekeeper. Well, this is new! I know that works for Beanie Cinema that day, but I didn't know it works for normal cinema too, hahaha. The movie had already started when we get to our seats. This time around we didn't get to buy the TGV Cheesy Popcorn :( 


Well, at least the banner is still there.

I have to say that this Alvin movie is not that much different with the other Alvin movie in the series. But I had a good laugh. The part I like the most is when the chipmunks were busted when they had a concert in New Orleans. Dave was of course angry. The chipmunks denied that they were involved and Dave took out his handphone and read out loud all of Theodore's tweets which pretty much evidenced that they were involved in that concert. Hahaha. Isn't that cute. You still have time to tweet even when you are performing in the concert? 

This time around Dave falls in love with a doctor who happens to have a son. But the chipmunks cannot get along with the son. So when they thought Dave is proposing to the doctor, they tried to stop it from happening. A lot of funny things happen along the way. The chipmunks were once classified as fugitives and were blacklisted from taking the planes. So, I think this is a good movie if you want to have a good laugh. A movie that does not require a lot of thinking. Now, that's my kind of movie, hahaha. ♡
